Marrakech airport transfer FAQ

Send your request by WhatsApp or email with the date, flight number, number of guests and bags, and where you are going. The office replies with the price and pickup details in writing, and your booking stands once you confirm. There is no online payment on this site.

Per vehicle. A sedan seats up to 3 guests, a van up to 7 and a minibus up to 16, and the price is the same however many seats you fill. Fuel and tolls are included. From the airport to the medina, a sedan costs 300 MAD.

Nothing is charged on this website. Your written confirmation states how and when you pay. Prices are set in Moroccan dirhams (MAD); euro amounts on the site are approximate, and the MAD amount is the one that counts. For multi-day trips the office may ask for a deposit, and the confirmation gives the amount and the method.

Your driver tracks the flight and the pickup moves with the actual landing time. Send us your flight number when you book. If you change flights, message the office with the new number.

The driver follows the live flight time, so an early landing means an earlier pickup. If the plane lands well ahead of schedule, you may wait a few minutes in the arrivals hall.

At the airport the driver follows your flight, so the wait starts when you land, not at the scheduled time. The first 60 minutes after landing are free. After that, the driver calls you and the office, and any longer wait is agreed with you by phone. If passport control or baggage is slow, message the number in your confirmation.

Yes, drivers do pickups around the clock. Pickups in the 23:00–04:59 window carry a 20% supplement, which is included in your written price. The office replies Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00, so book night arrivals ahead.

Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall, after customs, holding a sign with your name. If you cannot see them, call or WhatsApp the number in your confirmation and stay inside the hall.

Yes, free on request. Tell us how many children are travelling and their ages when you book, and the office confirms the seats in writing.

A sedan takes 3 guests with 3 large suitcases, a van 7 guests with 7 and a minibus 16 guests with 16. For golf bags, surfboards, bikes or extra cases, tell us when you book and the office sends a vehicle with room for them.

Usually not, because cars cannot enter most medina lanes. The driver stops at the nearest point a car can reach and a porter or someone from your riad walks you in with the bags. Ask your riad for its drop-off point and send it to us.
