Booking terms

Sending a request by WhatsApp or email reserves nothing yet. Your booking stands when the office replies in writing with the price, date, pickup time, pickup point and vehicle class, and you confirm. Check the confirmation and tell the office straight away if anything is wrong.

For a pickup less than 24 hours away, call or WhatsApp the office as well as sending the request. A message alone may not be read in time, especially outside office hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00).

Prices are per vehicle, not per person, and set in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Euro amounts on this site are approximate; the MAD price in your written confirmation is the one you pay. The price covers the vehicle, the driver, fuel and road tolls.

Pickups in the 23:00–04:59 window carry a 20% supplement, shown in your price. For airport pickups, the scheduled landing time decides whether it applies.

Extra stops, a changed address, more guests or luggage that needs a larger vehicle change the price. The office confirms any new price in writing before your trip. Entry tickets, local guides, meals, tips and camp nights are not included unless your confirmation lists them.

You book a vehicle class, such as Standard sedan or Van, not a particular car. The models named on this site and the vehicle pictures show what each class looks like; the vehicle that collects you belongs to that class or a similar one.

Every guest, children included, needs a seat. The driver cannot carry more people than the vehicle has seats. Child seats are fitted on request when the office confirms them in writing, so give each child's age when you book.

Your written confirmation states how and when you pay. For multi-day trips the office may ask for a deposit; the confirmation gives the amount and the method. This site takes no payments and never asks for card details.

At the airport the driver tracks your flight and waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. The first 60 minutes after landing are free. After that, the driver calls you and the office, and any longer wait is agreed with you by phone. Send your flight number when you book; if you change flights, send the new number to the office.

For pickups at a hotel, riad or other address, be at the agreed point at the agreed time. If you cannot find your driver, call or WhatsApp the number in your confirmation and stay where you are.

Traffic, roadworks and weather can lengthen a drive, and snow can close the Tizi n'Tichka pass for short spells in winter. If a road on your route is closed, contact the office to agree another route or date.

Bus and train times, fares and road conditions in our guides come from public sources and change often. Check them with the carrier before you rely on them.

Serenity Morocco Tours SARL runs every transfer and trip booked through this site. Its booking terms set out its responsibility to you. They follow Moroccan law, and disputes go to the courts of Marrakech, except where the consumer law of your country of residence says otherwise.
