Privacy
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Your booking details leave your device only when you send a booking request or a message yourself.
In short
- No accounts, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
- The booking form stays on your device until you send it. A booking request goes to Serenity Morocco Tours, which stores it in its booking inbox to answer you.
- Route maps, including the one in the price calculator, load map images from OpenStreetMap, which sees your IP address.
- Write to info@serenitymoroccotours.com to see, correct or delete what the operator holds about you.
Who is responsible
Serenity Morocco Tours SARL, a Moroccan tour and transfer company, runs this site and every transfer booked through it. Serenity Morocco Tours decides what happens to the details you send and answers questions about them at info@serenitymoroccotours.com.
What reaches us when you browse
Nothing that names you. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or session recording. Fonts, photos and scripts come from this site's own server, and the security policy the site sends to your browser blocks scripts from anywhere else.
The server that delivers the pages receives your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for, because it cannot send a page without them. The hosting provider may keep these request logs for security and fault-finding under its own retention rules. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Your browser may keep a cached copy of pages and photos to load them faster next time. That copy stays on your device.
Maps and OpenStreetMap
Route maps appear on transfer and trip pages and in the price calculator on the home, guide and contact pages. On those pages the map loads as soon as the page opens. The road line comes from data stored on this site, so no routing service sees your trip. The map background is different: your browser fetches its image tiles from the OpenStreetMap servers at tile.openstreetmap.org.
When a map loads, the OpenStreetMap Foundation receives your IP address, your browser details and the tiles you looked at. Its privacy policy explains what it keeps. This page and the booking terms make no request to OpenStreetMap.
The booking form
The price calculator and booking form run in your browser. What you type there (name, phone, email, flight number, addresses, dates, guests, bags, children's ages and notes) stays on your device until you send it.
When the second step of the form opens, your browser asks the server of Serenity Morocco Tours (serenitymoroccotours.com) for a small anti-spam puzzle and solves it. That request carries your IP address and browser details, but nothing you typed.
When you press “Send booking request”, your details travel over an encrypted connection to Serenity Morocco Tours, which stores them in its booking inbox and emails the office so it can answer your request. If the connection fails, your browser keeps a copy in its local storage and tries again when you are back online or open the site again, for up to 7 days. The copy is deleted once the office has the request; clearing this site's data in your browser deletes it too.
If you use the WhatsApp or email button instead, your phone or computer opens a message with those details already written in. Nothing leaves your device until you press send. The message then travels through WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider, under their privacy terms.
The message contains a price-check link for the office. That link carries the route, date, time, number of guests and bags, the vehicle class and a check code. It carries no name, phone number or email.
What the operator does with your booking
Serenity Morocco Tours uses your details to price, confirm and run your transfer or trip: to plan the pickup, follow your flight, prepare the name sign and call you if plans change. The driver gets what the job needs, such as your name, phone number, flight and pickup and drop-off points.
For desert and multi-day trips, the office may pass the guest names and dates to the partner camp or hotel that hosts you, so it can hold your places.
The office and drivers are in Morocco, outside the European Union. Morocco has no EU adequacy decision; your details go there because they are needed to run the trip you ask for (GDPR Article 49(1)(b)). WhatsApp messages are handled by Meta under its own terms.
The legal basis is the contract you ask for, plus the operator's accounting and tax duties. The operator's own privacy policy says it does not sell personal data, and this site adds no marketing lists.
How long details are kept
Your messages stay in the operator's WhatsApp and email accounts. The operator keeps booking records for its accounts and tax filings; its published privacy policy gives seven years after travel for booking records. Ask for earlier deletion of anything the law does not require it to keep.
Your rights
Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data gives you the right to be informed, to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. The Moroccan data protection authority is the CNDP.
If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the GDPR also gives you the rights to restrict processing and to take your data elsewhere, and you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
To use any of these rights, write to info@serenitymoroccotours.com from the email address or phone number you booked with, so the office can find your messages. The operator's policy commits to a reply within 30 days.
Changes to this page
If the site starts loading anything new, such as a different map provider or a visitor counter, this page changes first and the date at the top moves.
Questions about these terms or your data
Write to the office. It answers Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00, Morocco time.
